Xiaomi.eu ROM (not stable version) for Note 9 pro (joyeuse)?

Hi all,

I'm sorry if this was already posted - I looked but couldn't find any threats like this.

Is there developer version (aka not stable) for Redmi Note 9 Pro (joyeuse)? I was able to only find MIUI 12 STABLE. If this is the only version, can I expect developer version for this phone?

Any reasons why there is (or will be) only stable version?

No and no. China devs are not releasing testing builds, so no testing xiaomi.eu.

Is there a difference between my phone and let say Redmi Note 7 I had previously?

I'm trying to understand how it works! Especially due to need of rooting my phone to have Google Pay working. I know this is fixed on the weekly updates, so I'm trying to understand why for this phone there will be only stable version

I'm using this ROM rooted, and Google Pay is working.
