Xiaomi.eu Rom For Redmi Note 3 And Boot.img

I want to know as I have unlocked bootloader of my Redmi note 3(snapdragon) do I need to flash cracked boot.img for EU ROM? Or just flash ROM via TWRP?

Install EU ROM.

you only need to unlock the bootloader and installing TWRP through fastboot mode
