Xiaomi 14, stable Xiaomi.EU ROM, adb command `grant permissions`

I use Macrodroid for certain automated tasks, for which certain permissions need to be granted via adb commands.
On stable Xiaomi.EU ROM it´s not available/possible to grant the permissions, see attached screenshot => security exception!

Any advice for possible issue solutions?

In Xiaomi phones, it's not as easy as just enabling USB debugging, you need to give it permissions too. See the screenshot below.
