Xiaomi 13 pro. Not showing as certified in play store

My 13 Pro doesn't show as certified in the play store, also can't get OK Google working with voice activation. Any help or advice would be welcome.

FWIW, I'm getting not certified error in Google Play too. Mine is a Chinese variant with the bootloader unlocked and using MUI 14 weekly roms (14.0.23). The same issue was in stable rom (14.0.9).

What does Safety Net say? Mine says CTS fails.

Google Pay was not working, but I could get it to work after disabling OEM Unlocking in Developer Options.
