Anyone has experience with bands 20,28b and 32 missing from Xiaomi phones:?
I assume some people had 10 Ultra in Europe.
I am curious how is the 4G signal without these?
Planning to order the 12s Ultra but I`m not 100% how good will be the 4G coverage in UK.
Any information would be really helpful.

It depends on which bands and in which location your operator uses.
And also whether there is a 3G connection in places where B20 is available.

For example, in the Czech Republic, 3G is completely turned off, which means that outside of cities where B20 is used, the phone would only work on 2G.

I am looking at:

4G - 20, 28b, 32

In UK my network has available only 1 and 3 which this phone has.

LE: I re-read what you said. I understand now. In Uk is still available...3g band 1 on my network. No idea for how long but nowadays you need at least 4G as 3G is unable to cover that amount of data usage.

Because they are released only in China. Xiaomi 12 series have band 20. The problem is with 12s which don't.

Any one try double tap to turn off the screen. Seen like not working!

Working on mine ok. It shouldn't make a difference but mine is running Nova launcher with unlock set in developer settings ( Nova wouldnt work without ) as I'm unlocking my bootloader as soon as an Xiaomi EU ROM is ready.

Can you try to test the offical launcher for double tap to turn off screen!

Yes, you are correct. No double tap to turn off using stock home screen but it does using Nova
Hopefully just a small bug that will get fixed in time.

MIUI launcher doesn't have the "Double tap to lock screen" option, never had. It's a feature we add.

Today, traveling outside Prague, I noticed it is unable to conect to 4G outside big cities.
Apparantly the phone is missing Band 20/800MHz which is the most common in Czech and probably in most of EU for long range 4G.
So the phone is very much useless for me. This happened to me on one formed Xiaomi phone, but because 11Ultra was workign fine I failed to check before ordering.

I understand this is chipset based and cannot be fixed right?

But I find the following option in setting!
