Hi, which rom Call recorder is available for Xiaomi 13

Both Stable and Weekly Xiaomi.eu ROMs have call recording.

I mean the Xiaomi dialer recorder. my phone ROM is 14.0.27.0 TMCEUXM

As JiaiJ says above, both EU ROM versions have Xiaomi dialer recorder as default. They have always used it by default for many years. Check out the ROM differences in their download pages.

This thread is about standard phone call recording. For app specific ones, it must be that particular app feature. I'm not sure if Android allows apps to sniff other apps data transmission anyway.

Although quite why you need so many apps AND you need to record the comma from them is funny to think about
