Without Unlocking

Hi all,

Just received mi redmi4 pro, very nice device.
I have a question regarding rom flash:
What are the rom I can load on this phone without unlocking ?
china dev or stable ?
global dev or stable ? (when it's released of course)

and I've read somewhere that xiaomi.eu ones, being based on the china dev could be used without unlocking.

What is the best/safest way to flash without unlocking ?

Before anyone answer "you should unlock", I agree with you, and I'll probably end by flashing my phone.
I'm just gathering info in order to choose what I do.

It depend. If you need English language it's both china and global roms. The global has all languages. There are possibilities installation eu rom without unlock, but I suggest to proceed to unlock, flashTwrp and rom. The difficult about, it depends which rom has got your device: stock or customer seller. Read the guides and be careful.
