Which Rom Does My Mix Have?

I bought the phone in the chinese webshop www.yeso521.com and my device had a multilanguage ROM, in fact I switched it to spanish:

But look what I found under Settings - About phone - Cooperations:

Do you know if this is an official ROM from Xiaomi or is it made in Xiaomi.eu?
In this case, will I receive an OTA update when the Global ROM is released or I will need to flash a different ROM?
And if it's not the official Global, does my device have the bootloader unlocked already?

no, it is a rom, which mostly you won't can update because it isn't an official one it is one from the shop

Actually the miui eu rom has updates that need to be downloaded and installed. The original Chinese Rom likely to have no Google services and also have Chinese apps installed. So I'd do a lot more homework, I've found the eu Rom better for international users

running on the same issue here , what should i do to change rom?
I cannot unlock bootloader getting always the same message . Cant identify device . No need to unlock this device .
Any suggestion?

Really no idea, i have got the phone with that rom installed..and i dont know how to check if bootloader is still locked or not.
