First of all.. why the heck are you asking this in a random custom ROM's forum?

Second thing: here's the official website's ROM download menu and it's easy to find the phone, the variant (region) and ROM but if you are still in trouble then you can use MiROM EZBox, too.

My apologize. Curtana has no chinese variant, the ROMs are all derived from the MIXM ROM. Since there's no MIUI 13 yet you should look for MIUI 12.5 stable at the moment here.

Look for "HMNote9Pro_HMNote9S" or "RJWMIXM" in the file name in case you are interested in curtana.

Having searched, I really think this developer makes it unnecessarily difficult to find what you need, and seems to be unresponsive when questions are asked - for example, that this particular ROM is buggy for this phone. But thanks guys for your help!!
