Where can I download the ROM for my Redmi note 4?

Greetings to all, I am new in this community. I'm looking for the most recent and stable rom with miui 9 for my Redmi note 4 Qualcomm, I only speak Spanish and I do not know where to download it, thanks to all.

If its stable by Xiaomi.eu click on menu -> rom download. Search for stable for your device (it should be mido)

I checked the stable roms in this forums. but by version they look like china version, not global, are all roms based on china version?

I am sorry, but i dont really know all the differences between the global and China versions. But i used the stable and i am now on weekly and i am very happy with it, they are both very stable. Why dont you try and see for yourself?
