When will EU rom be developed for Tapas/Topaz devices?

when will the device ( Tapas/Topaz ) be updated to the latest version we have seen the new version on OTA Xiaomi OS 1.0.5.0 UMGMIXM . When will the EU Rom development team release the latest version?
