What's this notification?

Hello guys. Good morning/afternoon/evening.
So I updated my phone yesterday thanks to Mark F.
But I keep getting this weird notification I don't know what it is. My question is, if I turned it off will it affect other notifications?? Also is there anyway to actually fix it not hide it? The updater is running is the notification I'm referring to.

I know I can do that but what is this notification section for? I mean if turn it off won't it affect other things? Or this notification just for this? Because if turn off I will not get ANY notification from this.. so I am worried..

For example in Chrome you can turn off ads notifications but if you do you might turn off download notifications etc...

It's okay to turn that notification off. It has no side effect. Still you will get ROM update notifications...
