What Is Currently The Differences Between Miui.com And Miuiandroid.com Roms?

No where. Well it was told many times so no point of writing it again. Just additional languages and languages related fixes + Google Apps + our mods/fixes.

Could you please point me to those reasons (if any)? I don't like being lame, but feel much better when I know what kind of software my device is running with.
I always thought miuiandroid/xiaomi.eu were much open (source?) on their activities.
Thanks.

I guess there is no reason for me to 'upgrade' to the xiaomi.eu builds then. Official Xiaomi builds probably have more insurance and responsibility. If changes are made to affect the wider database, it should much rather be open source.

I will stick back to en.miui.com then. They already have a lot of 'fixes' to begin with that they let us know about.

Thanks!

Do you use gps based apps or widgets? Many of them will work (better) with the xiaomi.eu rom.

You should spend more time on searching than writing about questions that were asked millions times.

You have no idea what are you talking about. Our addition is multilang + general fixes and improvements for better language support. We have same changes in apps per version as MIUI because... this is MIUI.

I really think you are doing a great job, but why aren't you showing what those fixes and improvements are?
Still no clue...
Thanks

Because I don't have time to count this all and I see no reason why you should know them as they are just to fix or improve something in apps. Like url in Weather or weather widget in notification bar. There are many changes in some files in rom but there's no point listing them here.

OK this is the kind of answer I really like, but it looks like you don't care, sir.
I still do care about what those fixes are, and would like to know about them.

Well I can write you here but you won't believe me until I give you plain access to our script that does fixes and whole compile.

Which I won't do.
Our script is not public.

OK thank you for your answer. One last question, no more I promise: why isn't public?
You should definitely put these questions in Q&A section, sticky.
Again.

Simple: this is my work. Hard work. This script allows any to make own roms with multilang MIUI.

Even Chinese s**t sellers over aliexpress. Which is one of the main reasons why it's not public.

Translations are public. But not main engine that does all magic.

No one said it should be open-source. There's no license that forces me to public my own work.
It's our own will. And we don't want that someone could copy our work.
So there are higher goals here as you see.

I can only give you a part of code but I don't see a point why as I would have to spend time for explaining how the code works.

We dont do any harms and if you are native English speaker then you can freely use En.miui roms.

I like your answer but I am still sticking to en.miui.com. At least we know that their ROMs are not loaded with any sort of spyware, etc.

Lool. If I were you I would think opposite. Trust me (or not) but THEY are Chinese. I'm not.

And think about it, because it seems you have no idea how this works. You also know nothing about en.miui.com roms. Do you?

I do respect your work, that's why I still use your ROM instead of Chinese one.
Put your answer in Q&A, so no one will annoy you with the same questions again.

Disgusting. I have almost or maybe even more knowledge on ROMs than you. It appears that you are the one who doesn't understand how this works. It takes literally one app to be pre-installed into the system folder to be able to spy on it's users. This app can also be embedded within another app to disguise it. MIUI isn't actually as you think, especially considering it's failure to grow with Android's official security practices due to the same source being copied and pasted with each release. And bullying your users, assuming that they are dumb? How old are you?

I also happen to know Wu Na so please, mind your manners and don't make fun of the Chinese. Xiaomi probably won't like you making MIUI look bad. I am Chinese so I find this very offensive.

Then use Chinese roms. I don't see problem here.

If you have any knowledge about roms then check our roms for Spyware. Its easy to do it if you claim you get things better than me, which is really doubtful believe me ;-)
