Very low volume messages

I purchased Xiaomi 11T Pro 2weeks back, and I have a problem with voice messages. ONLY voice recorded on recorder app is perfect, where voice in Instagram videos and messages, facebook messenger messages and videos, whatsapp messages and videos is muffed, silent, barely audible when I speak my normal voice. I know other xiaomi users WITHOUT this problem, so that must be fixable. I wish to find out how.

I have the sama problem since some days. I detect it when I send whatsapp voice messages. On Recorder or phone call, work well. Do you solve the issue? The voice messages I receive are heard well.
