Updating Weekly ROM

Hello guys! This is my first time using the EU ROM so don't bash me. I'm currently using 21.1.20 and there's an update which is 21.2.3, should I install it thru the updater in the settings of the phone or should I download the zip file and flash it thru TWRP.

p.s. Do I need to factory reset after updating it?

It's written in every first post of the weekly/stable download thread:

Installation via TWRP:
- Download zip to internal storage
- Updater - Menu (...) - Reboot to Recovery
- Install - Select zip
- Reboot
- Done
…

Or just install via updater app. All necessary wipes are done automatically (system, cache and dalvik cache).
But it doesn't harm to do another manually wipe of cache and dalvik cache before booting to system.
