Same here I got an update for my Xiaomi Mi 11 ultra but when i click download the update routine doesnt start ("updater does not respond") or it comes up with message All mirrors are currently offline, try later...

Use fastboot instead, search some topics with the new miui13, twrp is not works yet.

i have successfully updated my MI 11 Ultra today by following steps on this link https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...ge-update-info-no-download.64508/#post-643902. it is now showing MIUI by xiaomi.eu 13.0.5 Stable
