Update rom fastboot

Hello,
I bought a xiaomi 13 ultra. I wanted to update it via fastboot. I installed the sdk platform tools, and the fastboot drivers on my PC and my Mac. I followed the tutorials that I found on the internet step by step. I have enabled usb debugging on my phone. However, when I put my phone in fastboot mode and type the command fastboot devices, nothing appears. However, according to the tutorials I have seen on the web, a number should be displayed. Can you help me ?

1. Open Device manager window.
2. Turn your device in Fastboot mode.
3. Plug your phone to your computer.
4. Check what appears on your Device manager window.

I guess you don't have installed fastboot drivers, but you have to confirm my assumption.

I opened device manager. I put the phone in fastboot mode. I have Android ADB Interface showing up, but with an exclamation mark. What can I do ? Please help me.
