The language is only English, you do not FC Launcher.
But other language there, then FC Launcher.

The official China Stable ain't multi lingual. It's only available in Chinese or English. Only the xiaomi.eu rom provides different languages.

it works great on my mi4c. i got to say, i came from 8.0.5.0(which was awful) to 8.1.2.0, and now it works pretty good!

Battery looks better (previously I was with 7.2).
