Unlocking Bootloader Without Permission

Hey guys! Is there any way to unlock bootloader without having to wait for permission from Xiaomi?

is your device locked? enter "fastboot getvar all" mine was already unlocked.

No, The only way to unlock your phone is to get permission from Xiaomi. Just write a reason(do not copy others) and you will get permission less than a week .

Should i flash China developer ROM?
Is it safe to do it with Mi PC suite (china version)?

Go on a windows 7 x64 machine..install minimal adb drivers and try it then. Mine only worked on win7 x64. Always got stuck at 50% with windows 10
