Unable To Mount /system Os Is Gone

Hi, I have a MI2 with last week's xiaomi.eu rom, twrp 3.0 and unified partitions...Suddenly my phone turned off.. and now I cant start OS...I can enter TWRP, TWRP can´t mount partitions,
Failed to mount /system (no such device)
Failed to mount /data ( invalid argument)
Failed to mount /cache
Failed to mount /persist

Unable to mount storage
Failed to mount /data (invalid argument) etc etc

It says no os is installed, and I think twrp resets itself every booting (because it warn me about "keep read only" FS and do not save my language settings)

If I try to connect phone to pc, with mtp enabled, phone is empty.

Tried adb sideload but it gives me an error like "failed to copy to /system" or something
Tried MIpcsuite in fastboot mode and a fastboot rom, it returns a "cant flash device" error.

Any idea please?

please dont rename the rom folder, place to root disk, for exaple D:\here and flash use flash_all.bat
