Twrp- Can't Read Sd Card

Hi guys,

If I go into TWRP I can't read my Sd card, but I don't have any type of problem with it through the normal using of device.
I have a Mi4 16gb with the lastest Miui 7 and with encryption active.
What could be the reason?

The problem is that with this situation I can't install nothing through TWRP, as SuperSU

It could be encryption. Format sd card to fat32 and it will work. Download on pc http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/guiformat.exe and format it,insert to device and start device in recovery ( hold volume + and power button)
