Trouble installing latest weekly rom

So, I made a silly move to switch to LineageOS and try this out, wasn't happy so tried to move back to this rom.
Now I'm not sure what I did, but I ended up soft bricking the phone, so I've flashed the fastboot recovery rom using MiFlash and have got the phone booted back into stock rom. I logged in and confirmed bootloader was still unlocked.
I followed the guide on the sticky to boot to TWRP, push the rom to the phone and install. Doing this, it errored saying;

failed to mount /system​

failed to mount /Vendor​

and a few others. Bit stuck now as the best way forward??

don't install it, just boot it (twrp.img) via fastboot boot instruction and install the rom.

Yeah I did that, that's when I got all those errors. Got back into TWRP now, but unable to mount /data.

Now the phone just boots back into TWRP each time.
Edit: Fixed.. not really sure how, was either luck or just dumb luck.

Dude twrp 3.7 is not working correctly. Find and download Twrp 3.6.2 Unofficial

The twrp-3.7.0_12-v6.5_A12-alioth-skkk.img by SKKK is flawless on Poco F3.
Strongly recommend to download it from the link above.
Since you already restored the original MIUI by Xiaomi then you could follow now this LINK to install the MIUI.EU Weekly 22.10.26 (latest build).

I'm talking about version 3.7.0 on twrp page. The twrp menu came up but could not read the storage. I had to upgrade to version 3.6.2
