Touchscreen no longer responds> Uninstall TWRP (without Touchscreen)

Hello, overnight, my touch screen of my MiPad3 does not respond at all. Only the physical buttons (power, volume +/-) on the side work.
The screen is not broken / cracked, so I first think of a SW bug and would like to reset my tablet.
I can restart in TWRP mode but impossible to do anything without touch.
So I would like to uninstall TWRP and restore the original stock recovery (to restaure factory reset using just to buttons on side ... unless you have a better idea) but how do I do that?)

Are you sure that the touch screen of your MiPad3 isn't broken? So in this situation I wolud flash with MiFlash and Fastboot mode the original firmware. Don't forget to click on "clean" in MiFlash! If you leave the default in MiFlash "Clean and Lock" your MiPad can be bricked!

Reinstall Rom using MiFlash. The same thing happened to me trying to install TWRP on a MI 9T PRO
