Yes, tried on the two xiaomi.eu Miui 12 betas, Instagram don't work, volume bar bug when connected to chromecast still don't work eighter. Miui 11 running in Android 9 works pefectly both things

I think that the problem is vendor related, because every custom ROM running Android 10 and Xiaomi vendor has this bug, Linage OS use a custom vendor on Android 10, Instagram works perfectly

I switched back to android 9 miui11 stable. İ do not think that they will fix it in coming weeks.

It's impossible to upload videos longer than 15 seconds on Instagram stories.
Only first part of the video is published.
Other parts (second, third and so on) remain pending resulting in error few seconds later.
This bug is not present in MIUI 11 Stable.

[edit] bug persist in MIUI 11 Weekly 9.12.5 also.

I still have same problem on my Mi A3
