From what I have seen in the review, stable 12.5.3 seems to be based on one prior to 21.4.22. I have not used any of the 2 versions, it would be my first time with a Xiaomi.eu rom.

YES, stay to stable for this phone model. Weekly is too heavy in this time and is to avoid at first experience.
