Good guys, can you help me solve this problem, when I want to update it tells me that "the links are offline, try again later" and the only time I managed to download the update it sent me to the recovery but I couldn't install it because it has a recovery I think from the factory, I request your help to install the global rom so I can receive the updates

You can download the Xiaomi.EU update on your computer and do a fastboot update, as explained in the ROM thread. I think it is the easiest strategy for your case.

If you really want to install the global ROM, you can use Mi Flash. It is very easy to find tutorials. All your data will be lost, and, most importantly, don't lock your bootloader if you have a China device, or you will get a brick.
