Hi ,can i go to eu rom? i have miui8 global stable rom!

Sure. The newest eu rom is 8.0.2.0.
Download the latest firmware from here, https://megadysk.pl/f/STABLE_MIUIv8, install twrp recovery and then install the eu firmware.

Just as a thought : you are on the beta firmware. It is not for normal use, because they are adding more options, which can sometimes cause problems for the every day user. You should maybe go to stable release. 8.0.2.0

If go dev<->stable, you should wipe data (factory reset).
Take a backup before wiping.
