New scrolling lag

Hello. I have a scrolling lag in some apps. Deleting data and reinstalling the affected app didn't help. Disabling dark mode doesn't help either. Can anyone help?

I don't know why the scrolling feels different between custom eu rom and stock rom.
I had the same problem, I had minor lags in all applications and I went back to stock rom

1. Be one tap from launching an app where the lag occurs, but don't launch it yet.
2. Run "ClearLog.bat"
3. Run "StartLog.bat"
4. Open the app and reproduce the lag for 5-10 seconds
5. Close the command prompt window

Yes , I have the same problem. Sapphiren stable. Some apps (X, Reddit, Youtube) stutter while scrolling. Also scroll speed is slower as well. Other then that, I feel device is little bit slower at opening apps and sometimes I feel touch delay, maybe 0.3sec. Battery life is better tho.

Is it possible to reinstall rom thru fastboot. Same as updating but with the same rom.

Can this help? (referring to fastboot flashing with install_upgrade.bat)

Because it has animation for opening apps, so yeah delay always happened.
Also, you wanna say that stutter actually happened when using 60hz? Haven't seen for hos 2, but it happened in hos 1 for my device.

I'm talking about 120hz scrolling which is stuttering.
I'm using X and Reddit pretty often so I can tell scrolling is not as smooth, also scroll speed is slower. Imagine when you use mouse on PC , try changing sensitivity. Slow and fast. That's what is happening. Today I'm going to do clean flash with new 2.0.10.0 rom I will post update here after few days

Okay. I can tell right away, my device (Sapphiren) is much smoother then previous rom version. Can't be 100 sure if it's new rom or clean flash. I don't know I don't complain. My problems are fixed now , all of them.
