Schedule Power On Doesn't Work

Hi everybody as you can see on the title of the thread, the schedule power on doesn't work even if i put a alarm clock. It is happening since 3 months and it was a very usefull thing :/ someone had my same problem and solved it? thank you
PS I've also flashed the rom after wipe all but the problem is still here

At which time u set power on abd alarm?

I set the power on at 07:00 and the alarm at 07:30.
But before this problem, when i set the alarm even though it was switched off, the phone turned on.

Only happend when phone is connected to the charger
