Searching the internet I mistakenly felt onto this post in Chinise. I don't speak or read Chinese but I can recognize that this link have two ROM's for Mi2(s), one CM-source-based FlyME 5 and one AOSP-sourced FlyME 5 again. I download them and due to slow connection here in poor Greece, you have to wait several hours in order to upload. Since then anyone from China can help us.

It contains pictures and TWRP's, changelog, and 3 ROM's. Maybe this developer (maybe StarDock. I am not sure) is working on bringing Flyme5 to our device. Give him some love. I lost the miui.com thread link and because it's on Chinese it's difficult to search for that.

I heard about issues with camera, let's try m1cha's one, which i recommend. Here is the link\

Some useful links.
HOW-TO Flash it? (from the latest MIUI) At first flash the latest TWRP 3.0.2 from here and backup everything. Then Wipe Cache (and Dalvik), Data and System and flash the above ROM through the "Install" button of TWRP
HOW-TO Root it? Flash the supersu zip from here
HOW-TO increase sound? Flash Dolby Atmos
HOT-TO Thug life? Flash Xposed!!!
Doesn't have GAPPS? flash this
Doesn't have SELinux to permissive state and Greenify turns off always from Accesability? Install a terminal and try these commands

Attention: All of these ROMs are for Merged partitions (data+system), you need to be 5.11.20 MIUI partitions and after

The root access is not available so i flashed supersu myself. I am not sure if that's The reason why the camera gets unstable.

I've tried the official ROM downloaded from chinese Flyme official page. Everything works great apart from the camera which is not working at all.
The problem in the camera is not caused by SuperSU because I don't use it.

you are right.. I don't know if it's merged or unmerged. I believe though that it's merged and you can flash it via TWRP 3.0.2

The SuperSU it's not the problem of the camera. I cannot be sure, but I am feeling that, su can't hurt camera so try to flash Michas camera. it's on stickies threads

I've flashed the official Flyme version and Camera is working fine. I've also flashed some ported MIUI V5 camera and this one doesn't work at all.

Camera does work after a reboot. The only problem is that whatsapp sometimes closes

I meant the provided MIUI V5 camera apk worked fine, but some flashable one I downloaded somewhere else didn't.

However, I don't like the rom much, I will probably return back to MIUI. Is there any way to install the M1cha camera on MIUI 7 without losing the native camera app? Changing the apk name?

I asked too many times for that and because it's from Jelly Bean era it's difficult to unpack and repack it with different signature.

it keeps giving me errors constantly saying update process ended with error:7
error installing zip file

i dont know what is wrong... but i wiped all including factory reset.
i have merged partition now...it should work, but i am clueless..

i want to try this ROM, anyone pls help me. Thanks in advance.

Step 1: check if it's a corrupted zip issue
Step 2: check if system and cache are mounted
Step 3: flash latest TWRP, Check it in my post
