I Totally agree now that Mokee's is the best ! WOW !!!
You got to try his ROM before you forget about every other 4.3 ROM for Mi2 !!!

Ok, i did it just as you said. Now wifi works, but when i click on the call app, it says it is not installed... wtf?

which google apps is the right for Mokee's rom or for cm 10.2? Can i have a link please? Maybe that causes my problems. I installed google apps for 4.3, but maybe not the right one..

I have no problem in downloading in google play ! why do you have it then ?
just clean the cache & dalvik cache in recovery & then try !!!
