Return to MIUI stock

Hi guys, I need your help.
I have read various topics and articles but I have not been able to understand if it is possible or not.
I own a xiaomi mi 10 with rom based on the chinese version and i want to go back to stock rom due to some problems.
When I try to do this via MiFlash, I am notified of the AntiRollback block.
Is there a reliable way to get back to the European Roma stock?

Delete the block of lines that has to do with antirollback check from the .bat file. Do not delete any fastboot lines!

It’s safe as long as you flash correct firmware. Stock firmware that is made for your model.

As plan B I was going to use the stable version but I believe that since it is always based on the Chinese the problems with the battery will continue!
