Restart hangs after update

After the update Phone does not start anymore. It stops on the screen with the MI logo and 3 dots running at the bottom.

What did I do. I have the EU Rom already several times via Xiaomi Tool V2 aufgespielt. This time the error came so I have too little memory, although internally still 50 gb free.

Then I tried it directly in the TWRP. But there I could not see the Rom. I have then experienced so that I barauche a newer TWRP. Still had a 11er and now have the latest 12er with Xiaomi Tool V2 aufgespielt. Then I played the update with the tool. Everything went well. But when restarting the phone stuck. I have the Rom then still about TWRP directly aufgespielt. But the result is the same.

What did I do wrong ?

What can I do now to get my phone running again.

How long does it hang for? After the installer wipes cache, it can take several minutes to get past the 3 dots, it will only do it once though.
