replace the charger

Is it safe to use a Micro USB charge with a USB Type C cable, I use Xiaomi Mi 5, all xiaomi brand, I bought mi5 with a fake charger, I tested 700 amps

You can use pretty much any good quality charger with it. QC ones are better because of the fast charging.
