Release Process?

Quick question about the release process of the .eu ROMS because all MIUI 10 threads are all locked:
Are the builds automated, so that when theres an official Chinese Stable ROM released the EU ROM get build and uploaded automatically?

Asking because miui_ANDROMEDA_V10.3.18.0.PEMCNXM_ce7a4aefa2_9.0.zip was just released and I am wondering.

No, builds are downloaded manually, then built automatically, and uploaded manually.
We can't build MIUI 10 releases anymore.
