By the way, here is some info about vendor roms:actually I am afraid, and I will probably wait for the new global release not to loose any functions that are now working great

According to the en.miui.com link you have a fake vendor rom.
It says you have a global rom but the version letters LXKCNMA should be LXKMIMA if you had a global rom or global should be marked as china. That is one way of knowing.

Actually, the problem of launching Pokemon Go is quiet annoying and can be due to different reasons.
Do you have official stable ROM installed ? Is your Bootloader unlocked ? Can you check with a root explorer or TWRP if you have some su binaries in /system/bin and /system/xbin ?
Niantic decided to block access from Pokemon go to tones of devices for multiple reasons like root, unlocked bootloader, sepolicy, apps find on background like Xposed.. even with a brand new phone, you may not be able to launch it !
I just succeeded to launch Pokemon yesterday with only Magisk v10.2 and root, but it fails when trying to activate Xposed :-\
That's so bad, won't be able to play again !
