Redmi Note Pro 5G Global Unlock BootLoader: "the system is being upgraded please try again later"

Hi,

I am from Italy and I have bought Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G with Global Rom. I want unlock bootloader, I have activated oem unlock e debug unlock but when I go on Mi Unlock Status and on Add account and device it show me this message: "the system is being upgraded please try again later" How can I fix it? thanks!

The same thing happens to me with my Note 13 pro plus

Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, also the same problem for over a week already. All accounts with which I tried to get permission in Community got either "Account Error wait ~10 days" or "Quota limit reached". They're all older than 30 days. Can't bind account in Dev-Settings, I always get "The system is being upgraded please try again later.

Would be really grateful if someone with an account with permissions, who maybe doesn't need another unlock in the foreseeable future, could allow me to use his account to unlock the bootloader.
Don't know that to do anymore, bypass, factory resetting, etc. also doesn't work.

I have also Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G global. @eihtv if you find someeone, i would be grateful if i can come onboard, I would pay 10€.

Unlocked it with the help of ncUnlock for 60$. Was unlocked immediately. Everything else sadly didn't work.
