Redmi Note 9s problem

Hello i have redmi note 9s global and somethimes im unreachable. I use stock rom with miui 11.0.11 stable version.
When im unreachable i have normal signal, i get sms that someone called me . Then i must reset phone and then works ok. Thats happens maybe every 2-3 days... Any idea why ?

This is a discussion server mainly about local MIUI.EU ROMs. Do you have a local ROM installed? If not, I recommend installation.
