Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G bootloader not unlocking

When I try to unlock the bootloader, I get the error in the image, my phone is not a Chinese version, it is not a global version. How can i fix it?

Did you check which region your account is attached to on https://account.xiaomi.com/ ? Does it match the region your phone is coming from ?
