Redmi Note 11 Pro 5g Fingerprint Bug with banking apps

Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G on MIUI Global 13.04.0(SKCEUXM) having failed to use fingerprint for Banking login function.
I tried with two banking apps, and both of them just return an error to me.
Anyone Have a problem like this?

i want to ask whats the difference? i thought that EUXM is EU rom?

xiaomi.eu is a custom ROM.
xxxEUXM is EEA ROM by Xiaomi.

Some option is blocking this function. You have to dig around in the settings.
