Redmi Note 10 Pro from goboo.com no call recording, no 3rd party app with gestures control

Hi guys,

I've just received my new Redmi Note 10 Pro from goboo.com and awfully suprised by no voice call recording option and Nova launcher not working with gesture controlling. What do you suggest to do? Xiaomi.eu rom guaranteed that both working on it? Which ROM would be the best choice for me? I did any ROM modification more than 10 years ago lastly. Is there any step by step guide to do it safely?

Before doing this, backup your things on the phone, like images, videos etc

Installation:

Xiaomi devices:

• Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
• Code:
  fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
  fastboot boot twrp.img
• TWRP Recovery TWRP or TWRP.ME
• For ROOT install Magisk (may cause lags and fingerprint issue) in TWRP and reboot one more time after install to get rid of system lags

ROMs for devices with locked bootloader:

• Unlock your first bootloader here http://en.miui.com/unlock/
• Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
• Code:
  fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
  fastboot boot twrp.img
• TWRP Recovery TWRP or TWRP.ME
• FORMAT /data partition (NEVER wipe System or Persist!)
• Copy our ROM to the internal storage
• Install our ROM
• Reboot
• done

Installation via TWRP:
- Download zip to internal storage
- Updater - Menu (...) - Reboot to Recovery
- Install - Select zip
- Reboot
- Done"

What are the installation process step by step? Which part of your answer I have to follow and in what order? Should I copy the ROM in zip format or I have to unzip it before? And what is Magisk and what is root install for? Is it better then non root install? And how to do "Install our ROM"? Is there any reliable tutorial video which shows the process step by step? Sorry for many questions, I'm not so familiar with ROM flashing.

TWRP for dipper that I use for this case? Is there any other difference?

And what is a recovery ... .img? Is that the factory ROM for the given device?

All phone have to follow the unlock procedure

• Unlock your first bootloader here http://en.miui.com/unlock/

It may take up to 7days to initally unlock the bootloader
about recovery img
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
stands for flashing the twrp.img into the recovery partition, when you turn off your phone and press power button and volume up, you get into that recovery and this is the partition where twrp is going to be in.
