New Redmi K30 5G chinese brick with MUi 11 OTA Update

hi
i have made a OTA update (rom custom from your forum) on my Redmi k30 5g and when it has reboot the screen is white and nothing happen. I have try to reboot and to go in TWRP but when i push volum up + start nothing happen. Only fast boot work. My internal memory is crypted.

What i can do to fix it ?

i have done a wipe with fastboot and i can enter in twrp, i have done an another wipe and the phone reboot.
Now how i can update the rom without having a brik all the time.
