there is an error in the updater script, you can easily manually edit it and remove the four wrong lines containing ");" and "),"
see here,
the guys from xiaomi.eu have not fixed this bug yet i guess...

There is no more Xiaomi.eu support for Redmi 6/6A. You should not have bought a Mediatek device.
