Read Only Problem

I'm running the latest weekly for my R3P 6.5.26 and it's not letting me write anything in my file managers.

It seems its set to read only and i don't know how to fix it.

I've enabled Documents in the Settings > Installed Apps setting.

Nah that didn't work either.

My external sd card seems to be fine now. I also don't have the documents, even when I enabled it. It's not on my app launcher. I think it's bugged.

Documents are default FREEZE, when i unfreeze....i can't nowhere insert picture(keep, picsay...)
