Question for Bootloader locking

I have flashd MIUI14.0.23.10.8 DEV from here, and in the developer menu i can lock or unlock the bootloader.
is after locking magisk needed?

You can't. This switch does not lock or unlock the bootloader.
You must not attempt to lock the bootloader on a custom ROM. The result would be
