Problem To Unlock Bootloader

Hello everyone, i got muy Mi Mix 2 and now i want to install a xiaomu.eu global ROM.

I've some problem with unlock bootloader. I got permission to unlock to my Mi Account.
I put on in Settings USB Debugging and OEM Unlocking. I click on Mi Unlock Status and with VPN app e i add succesfully the device.


When i open MiUnlock on my PC, i put in fastboot the Mi Mix and connect the phone to the pc but i'm blocked in "Not Connected to The phone".

yes, but i resolved simply change PC (On Windows 10 doesn't Work, on Win 7 yes)

Yes, use Windows 7 - 10 is not compatible or reliable. Also to say, better to use 64bit
