problem of updater

My phone is currently working on: Miui 9 / 8.3.8
The updater program offers me to download "Chanlog 8.6.28" but when I want to update. The updater stops working and tells me to send a message to MI.
What can I do?

Remove all files with .md5 extension in your internal storage manually.

As I said in your other post that you made in another category (why would you even do that?), you need to full wipe in recovery and install manually from there. It's MIUI 10 update! Even if you manage to dirty flash, you'll be stuck in bootloop.

Yeah it clearly seems like lack of storage read / write permission, but log does not explain where, like something else would be blocking it.
However should only happen when you switch from v9 to v10.
