Porting MIUI V5 browser?

Is it possible to port the MIUI v5 or MIUI6 browser to use it on other ROMs (like CM11)?

Everything is possible if someone knows how to do it and does it. I'd like too much too. Next browser is the most close to miui browser if you want to try another one. But imo some buttons still need to be thinked again for more ergonomic like next, home and tabs buttons when one use sliding from edges for switching between tabs: they are too far at the top of screen even on a 4,3". But, for me, it's faster on 3g and in overall than miui's and has also more useful features. Make your opinion by yourself.

Why would someone do that? Porting obsolete browser is wasting of time. There are lot of browsers on GP.
