Poco F5pro keep crashing while opening app after installing hyper os 1.0.12

I flashed the latest releases poco F5pro hyper os rom 1.0.12, and after flashing with updating rom without formatting command..
I noticed that most of my installed apps keep crashing apps like X, chrome, whatsapp, etc keep crashing.

adb shell pm compile -a -f --full
adb shell reboot

Enable "Developer Mode" > Enable USB Debugging > Enable USB Debugging (Security Settings)

Didn't work.. After reboot, it'll reboot back to Fastboot.

Unfortunately, you will probably have to install a ROM with "format data".
I have no idea what got you into this state.

I've done that and it didn't work.
Still stock at Fastboot.
