One phone two mi accounts

As title sais l have two mi accounts and one phone. Problem is that l cannot login in first acc because l forgot password and lost my gmail acc because of hacking so l cannot reset password. Also l changed my number and cannot do it on that way also. Now l have a second but cannot replace the old one. I want to delete my old account and connet mobile to the new one so l can access it and use mi cloud, sync etc.
1. Is it possible in any way to delete mi account without logging in?
2. Can l recconect old acc and connect a new one to mi xiaomi phone so it can work?

Then take care of your G-Mail access first. Goggle support is very helpfully.
They ask you a couple of questions and could then restore your gmail account.

Furthermore no one here will help you to crack or bypass a password.
